What is Global Security Insight?
Global Security Insight (GSI) is a platform where subscribers can access our country-level security risk analysis maintained by our team of expert analysts. The GSI provides users with the context to answer the key security questions facing their people, organisations and operations.
Our platform includes:
- Nine risk categories: GSI hosts detailed analysis of nine risks across every country in the world, including War, Terrorism, Civil Unrest, Political Violence (WTPV) risks, as well as Security risks, which include Kidnap for Ransom, Extortion, Wrongful Detention, Political Evacuation and Crime. - Country forecasts: We provide a 12-month forecast across each risk, including quantitative ratings which can be tracked over time. Subscribers can set their preferences for which countries or regions they wish to track, and filter to view risk ratings for selected countries in a comparative visual format. - Daily digest: We provide a concise summary of key security events globally over a 48-hour period, including forward-looking events like upcoming protests and strikes. Subscribers can opt to receive these alerts in a personalised daily digest for the countries and risk types most relevant to their operations.
